A Few Miles South of Staples Mill Road Station

I was on Amtrak #158 this past Saturday returning to BWI from Norfolk. On the way down, I noticed a set of passenger cars in the yard (Acca?) shortly after departing Staples Mill Road station. I decided to try to capture them on the return trip and got most of them in the video. Does anyone know where these cars are headed, who owns them, or is taking ownership of them? Any chance they're going to RBMN?

The ROCKY RIVER (RPCX 800762) and the CATALPA FALLS (RPCX 8404) are owned by Executive Rail/Catalpa Falls Group.
