Amtrak #82 on train #6 today

Amtrak's bloody nose scheme returns ( as borrowed from a prior post) with #82 blasting through Elmira, CA on the point of #6 today.  Brings back memories of the E's and SDP40-F's that wore the first bloody nose scheme which appeared more orangish both in person and in photos.

The extra white nose stripe adds a lot, as well as the grey trucks and underside!

Looks sharp, hopefully I can catch that in person one of these days, was sound asleep when it passed through Utah this morning.
