Passenger Trains > Bad Horn on Veterans Unit Leading #6 in Ottumwa, Ia.

This video is from Monday, April 6 when Amtrak train #6 was led by Veterans unit AMTK 42 through Ottumwa, Iowa. Some have expressed disappointment that 42 hasn't led on its current round on the California Zephyr.  Judging from how bad the horn sounded this day, I think I know why it hasn't led.

The first clip was taken on the west side of town.  The clouds helped me a bit here since this would have been the shadow side of the train, and I wanted to film the Veterans unit passing in front of the local VFW Post.  You may notice some trucks on a bit of panel track on the other side of the tracks.  There is going to be some railroad display here in the future.  The second clip was taken about a block east of the station.
