Hello All,
​             York Northern Central Railroad finally got a crossing gate with lights.It was needed badly,very busy road,route 616.The crossing only been in operation for two weeks

​         I notice that when the train gets in the block, to the time the gates comes down,to the time the train crosses the road,seems short.Maybe I'm all wet

What is the heritage of the engine in the video? How did it to the NCRR as I thought the trackage north of Hanover Junction was out of service?
