Finally caught the SD40 Southern #3170 in tow to Atlanta

On a rainy day in Rex, Ga., NS local G19 runs north at restricted speed (less than a mile behind an empty coal train) with the newly refurbished SD40 Southern #3170 in tow headed to Atlanta's Inman yard.........

The 3170 was repainted at the paint shop at the NS Debutts Yard in Chattanooga, TN.

Is there a website that you can go to that tracks the whereabouts of this unit like the Heritage site?
