watching that video makes me sick to my stomach ... i see all those freight cars with not a spec of paint and i think about the TRASH i gotta look at today watching a train go by ...

It seems like after NAFTA, and the proliferation on fame in magazines that it really blew up and grafitti got out of control.
Pre 1994 most cars were still fresh, then the spray paint cans came out!
Also, way more cars are tagged in the West than the Central and Eastern parts of the country!
If it was up to me I would put German Shephards in the train yards and train them to bite anyone with a spray paint can!
The word would get out quick!
You don't here of many criminal or gang members breaking into junk yards!
