Depot Switching Part 1 Author: RailRat Theres nothing like a Big Steam Engine to bring people and families together! In an otherwise non busy-UP Crew change point, or occasional Amtrak passenger place , I was amazed at the sudden clamore of activity here, after spending many solitary times at this location, documenting regular train operations. Video #1 shows 3985 sitting under highway overpass, while folks talk with (Lynn Nystrom?)/Bob Krieger. Video #2 shows some great slippage and late evening sun off side of 3985,while pulling train forward/back for overnight stay...And an onlooker with family that Is Not Steve Lee!?

Chased 3985 several times, it was always a wonderful and fun experience.
