Western Railroad Discussion > Empty oil train passing by. Floy, UT.Date: 03/23/24 22:50 Empty oil train passing by. Floy, UT. Author: Paniolo_man (March 23 2024)
I was driving to Grand Junction today and something caught my eye at the Floy siding. The lumber cars that had been stored there for over a year have been replaced by a large number of TTX intermodal spine cars. It must have happened very recently, the rails hadn't had time to rust over the top despite recent rain. While I was walking back an empty oil train passed by. Bonus picture: A BNSF 4-axle dash 8 that has been a regular fixture in Grand Junction for a while. You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today!
