Hello,

While staying with David in November 2014 we filmed trains in Arizona and California. With the limited time available for the size of the area that I wanted to visit, I tried to do my best. However this beautiful experience has convinced me even more charm of your trains .... and not only in size!
In Europe, trains have to run, run and run, increasingly resemble airplanes - like those that circulate in the Northeast Corridor!

That is a REALLY nice video!  You sure saw a lot of
variety in our landscape!  VERY well-done video!
There is nothing like the Mojave Desert in Italy, nor
do you have the very long and heavy freight trains
that we have.  and you got to see a Capitol Corridor
train, too.

The desert i the US has a certain stark beauty, I think.
For sure, in Italy, you will never see the "miles and miles
of miles and miles" we have here  

So glad you were able to visit and enjoy the US West!
Please come back and do more videoing.

Of what I saw on my trip to the States, a small part was filmed and the other is kept inside me forever. It would be great to be able to film all that our eyes see!
However, I want to return to your country and not only for the trains to which I am very attached.
